    Are you insured and bonded?

    Yes, Johan Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. While we take great care during our services, in the rare event of any damage, please notify us within 24 hours.

    Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    No, you don’t need to be home as long as your cleaner has clear instructions for entering and exiting. Please provide these details when booking your appointment. 

    What if I’m not home to let the cleaner in?

    That’s not an issue. Please provide detailed entry instructions when scheduling your appointment online, so we know how to access your home. Rest assured, your home will be securely locked when the cleaner departs. 

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy permits free cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost to compensate our cleaners. 

    Is it necessary to leave a tip?

    While tips are not required, they are greatly appreciated by our cleaners. 

    What should I do with my pet during the cleaning?

    We love pets, but they may not always feel the same. If your pet is likely to become anxious during our visit, we recommend making temporary arrangements while we’re in your home. You can also provide detailed pet instructions during the online scheduling process.

    Can I have the same cleaners each time?
    We can arrange for the same cleaners upon request; however, schedules may vary based on availability.
